We are experienced people professionals who have worked extensively both in the HR and Learning and Development fields. Our employment background is in demanding commercial settings where the requirement to demonstrate a return- on- investment was high.
This has helped to shape and develop an understanding of coaching people and, in particular, the considerable challenges and opportunities faced by people in today’s organisations. We’ve developed our coaching expertise through extensive coaching practice both with clients and as a Line Manager developing our staff. Our strong grounding in coaching theory has been gained through a recognised advanced qualification and an ongoing commitment to professional coaching development.
We have undertaken university accredited post graduate programmes in coaching which have built a deep understanding of research based ’best practice’ in coaching - including the psychological, interpersonal and values- based skills that underpin it.
As practising executive coaches, we are committed to ongoing personal development which continually refreshes our practice. A particular area of interest is the role of challenge in coaching.
We are members of the CIPD.
We are regularly coached ourselves and seek stringent supervision both from peers within the coaching world and specialist coaches in key fields.
We are bound by a strict code of ethics which is governed by the European mentoring & coaching council.
